As of Tuesday, 5/12/2026, we completed a full audit of all irrigation timers throughout the community. During this process, all schedules were reviewed and adjusted to ensure compliance with the VGRC-approved watering schedule.

If any timers were identified as problematic or in need of replacement, we will be providing a list of the affected addresses along with estimates for replacement.

At this time, all systems under our management are programmed correctly and operating in accordance with the approved schedule. Moving forward, any irrigation violations that may occur would most likely be the result of one of the following:

• Timer malfunction or equipment failure requiring repair or replacement.
• Homeowner interference or unauthorized adjustments made to the timer programming.

We value our relationship with the community and wanted to take a proactive approach to ensure all irrigation schedules are accurate, current, and compliant.
